What is the iResident
Services App?

The iResident Services App provides housing authority management with updated data on residents and household information. The information may be updated by residents as changes occur, thus facilitating further functions such as the Recertification Process, Interim changes in household income, family composition, expenses and asssets. The iResident Services app also allows tenants to scan documents for their recertification process. Additionally, residents will be able to create work orders.
