Our Recertification Department has spent the last 3-5 years training and preparing to provide top-notch annual and interim recertification services to multiple Housing Authorities. Our Recertification Processing Teams consist of 6 expert members each, including

EIV Specialist

This team is capable of performing a minimum of 400 recertifications per month and, as a
result, would be able to perform the 10 annual and interim recertifications per month.
Our team reviews the process with the resident, work with them to obtain appropriate documentation, enter and/or update all information into our iResident Services App.
Scan all documents to synchronize the information to our office, make outbounds, and send information over text messages to residents providing information related to their recertifications.
